在100kg多功能直流钢包炉(DC-LF)上,通过LF中空石墨电极喷吹Ar-CO2混合气体进行精炼低碳钢的实验研究。实验结果表明,与实心电极冶炼相比,通过LF中空石墨电极喷吹Ar和Ar-CO2气体后,熔池的升温速率明显加快。喷吹Ar精炼炉次的平均升温速率是实心电极精炼时的1.59倍,喷吹5%~20%CO2体积分数的Ar-CO2混合气体时的最小平均升温速率是实心电极精炼时的3倍,最大达到5.51倍。通过LF中空石墨电极喷吹Ar或Ar-CO2混合气体时,电弧电流不变,电压降低。
In a 100kg multi-functional DC ladle furnace (DC-LF), an experimental study on the refining of mild steel was carried out by injecting Ar-CO2 mixed gas through a LF hollow graphite electrode. The experimental results show that, compared with solid electrode smelting, the heating rate of molten pool obviously increases after Ar and Ar-CO2 gas are injected through LF hollow graphite electrode. The average heating rate of Ar-blowing furnace was 1.59 times that of solid-state electrode. The minimum average heating rate of Ar-CO2 mixed gas with 5% ~ 20% CO2 was 3 times higher than that of solid- Up to 5.51 times. When the Ar or Ar-CO2 mixture is injected through the LF hollow graphite electrode, the arc current is constant and the voltage is reduced.
