中国计量科学研究院于1978年建成了中频振动基准,主要包括正弦振源、振动台振幅测量、中频标准加速度计和电压测量等部分。在该基准中,振动台的加速度失真小于1%,横向振动分量小于3%;振动台的振幅测量采用激光干涉条纹计数的方法;中频标准加速度计采用天然石英晶体作敏感元件;采用真有效值电压表测量电压,测量误差为±0.05%,并采用了隔振基础隔振。该中频振动基准的不确定度示于表1。经过长时期的实际使用,证明它的工作是稳定可靠的。 伹在工作中存在一个问题,即一般被检定的中频标准加速度计的使用范围,在保证误差
China Institute of Metrology in 1978 built a mid-frequency vibration benchmark, including sine vibration source, vibration table amplitude measurement, intermediate frequency standard accelerometer and voltage measurement and other parts.
