YT426AH 是超低氢型交直流两用电焊条,有优良的交流施焊操作工艺性能,稳弧性好,飞溅少,易于脱渣;其熔敷金属扩散氢含量低,抗裂性强,低温冲击韧性稳定。适合于锅炉、压力容器,船舶等优质低碳钢厚钣对接接头的底层焊接及厚板多层焊接,能有效地防止根部裂纹发生,提高了产品的安全度。对含碳量和含杂质较高的一般结构钢,如 A3F,SS44等尤为适用。YT426AH 焊条交流施焊可代替一般直流施焊的结427焊条,可降低焊接耗电量40%以上,有很高的经济效益,填补了我国420MPa 强度级别的交直流两用超低氢型焊条的空白。
