In recent years, Organic Thin Film Electroluminescent-OTFEL devices have been developed very rapidly. Because of its easy to achieve large-area color display, become the hot spot in the study. The biggest problem facing the current research work is the stability of the device. In general, OTFEL devices age rapidly in the air. Continuous operation, the device glow time of about a few hours. Under the constant current drive, the brightness of the device continues to decrease from fast to slow, and the driving voltage gradually increases, indicating that the aging of the device is accompanied by the increase of the resistance. In studying the aging mechanism of OTFEL devices, we found a very significant phenomenon: the device driven by a constant pulse voltage, with the driving time increases, the initial brightness through a transient rise in the process.
