基于钢管再生混凝土轴压构件承载力的试验结果与采用各国规程的计算结果的对比分析,从统计意义上表明方钢管再生混凝土构件用DBJ13-51-2003规程的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,圆钢管再生混凝土构件用DL/T5085-1999规程较好.并利用改进一次二阶矩法(JC法)对钢管再生混凝土轴压构件的极限承载力进行了可靠度分析,分析结果表明:钢管再生混凝土构件承载力的可靠度指标随荷载组合和荷载效应比的变化而变化,随再生混凝土强度等级的提高而增大,钢管壁厚、再生骨料取代率对可靠指标无明显影响.
Based on the comparison between the test results of bearing capacity of reclaimed concrete-filled steel tubular members under axial load and those calculated by national codes, the calculated results of DBJ13-51-2003 code for square steel tubular recycled concrete members agree well with the experimental results statistically, The DL / T5085-1999 code for recycled concrete members of round steel pipe is better, and the reliability of the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete members with axial compressive strength is analyzed by improved first order second moment method (JC method). The results show that: The reliability index of the bearing capacity of concrete member changes with the change of load combination and load effect ratio, and increases with the increase of strength grade of recycled concrete. The wall thickness of steel pipe and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate aggregate have no obvious influence on the reliability index.
