人到老年,身体各组织器官功能衰退,行动迟缓,抵抗力减弱。为此,世界卫生组织发布了老年人锻炼五项指导原则:第一,体能运动要适度。老人的体能运动要适度,否则不仅对健康不利,反而引起骨折等麻烦。体能运动“平衡”应包括肌肉伸张、重量训练、弹性训练及心血管运动等多种运动。如何搭配,应视个人状况而定,主要是考虑年龄。
