法国的医保体系被认为是当今世界最好的,之所以这样说有以下几个原因：首先,在法国医保体系中,医生的服务是要收费的,病人有追溯偿还和无限自由选择的权力。与大多数经合组织成员国相比,法国在这一领域投资相对较多。其次,在法国,医生的数量从1975～2000年间增加了两倍,平均1000个居民就有3．3个医生为其服务。今天,医生的数量基本保持稳定,预计从2010年开始,又会持续增加。
The health insurance system in France is considered the best in the world today. The reasons for this are as follows. First, in the French health insurance system, the doctor’s service is charged and the patient has the power to retroactively repay and have unlimited freedom to choose. Compared with most OECD member countries, France invests relatively more in this area. Second, in France, the number of doctors more than tripled from 1975 to 2000, with an average of 3.3 physicians serving an average of 1,000 inhabitants. Today, the number of doctors has basically remained stable and it is estimated that the number of doctors will continue to increase from 2010 onwards.
