在75kA预焙电解槽阳极中添加1% 氟化铝进行工业试验,测定含氟化铝阳极的有关理化性能指标,并与普通阳极炭块加以比较。试验过程中,铝电解生产更趋平稳良好,明显地改善了阳极抗氧化性能,降低了炭耗,同时提高电流效率0-65 % ,降低直流电耗95kWh/t- Al。
An industrial test was carried out by adding 1% aluminum fluoride to the anode of a 75kA prebaked electrolytic cell. The physical and chemical properties of the anode containing aluminum fluoride were measured and compared with that of ordinary anode carbon block. During the test, the production of aluminum electrolysis has become more steady and steady, the oxidation resistance of the anode is obviously improved, the carbon consumption is reduced, the current efficiency is improved by 0-65% and the DC power consumption is reduced by 95 kWh / t-Al.
