德国双元制职业教育历经半个世纪的实践与探索,已形成一个完整且规范的教育体系,其中国家政策、地区经济、企业参与、行会协调等各种因素环环相扣,这种职业教育的模式对国家的社会、经济和文化高度依赖。中国引入德国“双元制”职业教育的理念多年,由于受政策、经济和区域等多方面情况的限制,显然无法照搬德国经验,如何解决德国双元制在中国水土不服的问题,打造符合中国特色的双元制职业教育模式、适应中国经济发展要求,是本文所要研究的问题。
After more than half a century of practice and exploration, the dual-system vocational education in Germany has formed a complete and standardized education system in which various factors such as national policies, regional economy, enterprise participation and coordination of guilds are closely linked The model of education is highly dependent on the country’s society, economy and culture. China has introduced the concept of “dual system” vocational education in Germany for many years. Obviously it is impossible to copy the German experience and how to solve the problem of Germany’s dual system in acclimatization in China due to various policy, economic and regional constraints. In line with China’s dual-system vocational education model to meet the requirements of China’s economic development is the issue to be studied in this paper.
