简述了焊缝超声波串列扫查探伤方法的基本原理、特点、推导了焊缝缺陷的定位公式,并对该方法具体应用中探头的选择、盲区的位置与消除、以及对筒体纵焊缝探伤的适用性进行了探讨。实践证明,超声波串列扫查探伤方法作为一种检验特定缺陷的辅助手段,在超声波探伤中是十分有效的。
The basic principle and characteristics of ultrasonic flaw detection and scanning method are introduced briefly. The location error of welding seam defect is deduced. The selection of the probe, the location and elimination of blind zone, The feasibility of seam testing was explored. Practice has proved that the ultrasonic tandem scanning inspection method as a test of specific defects of the auxiliary means in the ultrasonic flaw detection is very effective.
