运用运动生物力学的测试方法对近期国家乒乓球队提出的正手台内进攻技术的创新——直板正手撇拉技术进行了实验研究。对直板正手撇拉技术与另外2种台内进攻技术(正手挑打技术、反手拧拉技术)进行了动作技术对比分析、击球效果分析及实战效果分析。其结果显示,直板正手撇拉技术击球后的球速可达到正手挑打后的球速,其转速略小于反手拧拉的转速,而大于挑打的转速;该技术动作结构与正手挑打相似,但有明显的外撇动作,击球方向以向前向上为主,带有一定的迷惑性,球拍运动轨迹像似做一个“勾子”运动。本研究成果将有利于进一步提高直板乒乓球运动员的正手进攻能力,对于维持我国乒乓球技术训练的先进性也有一定的实践意义。
Using the test method of sports biomechanics, this paper makes an experimental study on the innovation of the forehand insider attack technique put forward by the national table tennis team recently. On the straight forehand skimming technology and two other kinds of in-game attack techniques (forehand pick-up technique, backhand twist-pull technique) for the comparative analysis of the action, the batting effect analysis and actual combat effectiveness analysis. The results show that the straight hand forehand skimming after the ball hit the ball speed can reach the forehand picks the ball speed, the speed slightly less than the backhand twist pull speed, but greater than the speed of pick and roll; the technical movement structure and forehand pick Playing similar, but there is a clear write-off action, the direction of the ball to the main forward, with some confusion, racket trajectory like to do a “hook ” movement. The results of this research will help to further improve the forehand attack ability of the straight table tennis players, and have certain practical significance for maintaining the advanced nature of our country’s table tennis technical training.
