对200个食管癌局部淋巴结无癌转移者作形态学、组织化学和免疫组织化学研究.部分淋巴结作非特异性酯酶(ANAE)和免疫荧光抗体(Ig)检查.早期淋巴结淋巴窦扩张,窦内皮和窦内网状细胞增生,后者和吞噬细胞 ANAE 强阳性.淋巴滤泡增生,生发中心有大而淡染的淋巴细胞和含有 ANAE 阳性物质的网状细胞.滤泡内 Ig 分布不一,中心呈粗网状,周围细网状.部份皮质深区增大,互相融合,并可见增生的网状细胞.髓索浆细胞丰富,Ig 强阳性.从以上形态学,组织化学和免疫组织化学研究证明,机体局部淋巴结对食管癌有细胞和体液免疫反应.
Morphological, histochemical and immunohistochemical studies were performed on 200 lymph node metastases without esophageal cancer. Partial lymph nodes were examined for non-specific esterase (ANAE) and immunofluorescent antibodies (Ig). Early lymph node sinusoid dilation, sinus endothelium And reticular reticular cell proliferation, the latter and phagocytic cells ANAE strongly positive. Lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, germinal centers have large and lightly stained lymphocytes and reticular cells containing ANAE-positive substances. Ig distribution in the follicles are different. The center is coarsely meshed and surrounded by a fine mesh. The deep cortex of the cortex increases and fuses with each other, and hyperplasia of reticular cells is seen. The myelin plasma cells are abundant and Ig strongly positive. From the above morphological, histochemical and immunohistochemistry Chemical studies have demonstrated that local lymph nodes have cellular and humoral immune responses to esophageal cancer.
