国家教育部2002年颁布的《田径类课程教学指导纲要》把野外生存生活作为田径运动的一个新的项目,旨在从“健康第一”的指导思想出发,给身处象牙塔的莘莘学子一个走出校园,走进大自然的机会,把原来大学中有的仅限于体育课堂的、竞技性很强的跑、跳、投、攀爬、跨越等基本内容,拓展到社会和大自然中,真正实现了同学之间、师生之间互帮互助,互相学习,这是现代课程改革的必然趋势。本文对目前该课程的开展情况、开展的意义以及目前存在的主要问题作了较为详尽的阐述,并提出对策与建议,以期为该课程的不断完善发展提供帮助。
