文章以青岛胶州海底湾隧道施工为背景,通过对钻孔注浆技术的分析以及对该技术各项因素的特性研究,从注浆材料的选取、注浆方案的确定和设计以及注浆孔的合理布置等方面提出了海底隧道透水发育带堵水防渗注浆技术方案。首先,分析了注浆材料一般物理性质对注浆效果的影响,实验得到5种注浆材料的强度、凝胶时间等特性,确定了注浆材料的选择方案,阐述了注浆技术方案的选择以及设计,最后对于不同区域段注浆孔的合理布置进行了详细说明。文章从多个方面阐述了注浆技术在海底隧道透水发育带堵水防渗工程中的应用,为类似工程提供了指导依据。
