目的:建立驱白白热斯酊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法,以控制该产品的质量。方法:采用HPLC法,Scienhome kromasil ODS-1色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温40℃,流动相甲醇-水(55∶45),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长246 nm。结果:补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在6.12~18.36 mg·L-1,在6~18 mg·L-1线性关系良好,相关系数分别为r补骨脂素=0.999 0,r异补骨脂素=0.999 1。两组份的回收率分别为补骨脂素101.57%,RSD 1.6%;异补骨脂素100.39%,RSD1.5%。结论:该法可同时测定补骨脂素和异补骨脂素,方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于驱白白热斯酊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Dobai Reese tincture to control the quality of the product. Methods: The HPLC method was used on a Scienhome kromasil ODS-1 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water (55:45) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between psoralen and isopsoralen at 6.12-18.36 mg · L-1 and 6-18 mg · L-1, respectively. The correlation coefficients were psoralen = 0.999 0, r Isopsoralen = 0.999 1. The recoveries of the two components were 101.57% for psoralen, 1.6% for RSD, 100.39% for isopsoralen and 1.5% for RSD. Conclusion: The method can be used for simultaneous determination of psoralen and isopsoralen. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Pulsatilla tincture.
