改变金属和载体的种类可以改变高分子催化剂的催化活性。本文在D3520负载的Pd催化剂中添加SnCl_2·2H_2O、FeCl_3·6H_2O、Pb(Ac)_2·Pb(OH)_2、BiCl_3,形成D3520负载的金属氧化物——钯催化剂。研究结果表明,SnO_2、Fe_2O_3的引入对原催化剂具有良好的助催化效果,其中Fe_2O_3的引入使原单金属高分子催化剂对苯乙烯的催化加氢活性提高110%,PbO、Bi_2O_3的引入使催化加氢活性大大降低,表明它们对催化加氢有抑制作用。并讨论了n型半导体氧化物和P型半导体氧化物对Pd/D3520催化剂的催化加氢活性的影响。
Altering the species of metal and support can change the catalytic activity of the polymeric catalyst. In this paper, SnCl_2 · 2H_2O, FeCl_3 · 6H_2O, Pb (Ac) _2 · Pb (OH) _2 and BiCl_3 were added into Pd catalyst supported on D3520 to form D3520 supported metal oxide-palladium catalyst. The results showed that the introduction of SnO_2 and Fe_2O_3 had a good promoter effect on the procatalyst. The introduction of Fe_2O_3 increased the catalytic hydrogenation activity of styrene by 110%, and the introduction of PbO and Bi_2O_3 promoted the catalytic hydrogenation of styrene. Significantly reduced activity, indicating that they have catalytic hydrogenation inhibition. The effects of n-type and p-type semiconductor oxides on the catalytic hydrogenation activity of Pd / D3520 catalyst were also discussed.
