为进一步健全乡镇(街道)劳动关系三方协调机制,最近,新乐市协调劳动关系三方制定了《新乐市乡镇(街道)劳动关系三方协调机制试行办法》。该《试行办法》共有五章十三条。分别规定了协调的原则、协调机制的构成、协调的内容、协调会议制度等。三方协调机制分别由政府代表、企业代表、职工代表构成。政府代表由乡镇(街道)劳保所(安监站)、司法所、民政所等有关人员组成。企业代表由具有代表性的企业法定代表人组成,工会代表由乡镇(街道)总工会有关人员组成。参加三方协调的人员共九人,政府方、企业方和职工方各三人。三
