目的了解北海市售食品致病菌污染情况。方法按2010年食源性致病菌监测工作手册要求的方法,采集13种食品检测8种目标菌。结果 100份样品共检出金黄色葡萄球菌10株、沙门菌4株、副溶血性弧菌3株。结论北海市售食品存在不同程度的致病菌污染,餐饮食品、动物性水产品和肉与肉制品可能是食源性疾病的高危食品。
Objective To understand the contamination of foodborne pathogens in Beihai. Methods According to the requirements of the foodborne pathogen monitoring manual in 2010, 13 kinds of foodstuffs were collected to detect 8 kinds of target bacteria. Results A total of 10 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 4 strains of Salmonella and 3 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 100 samples. Conclusion There are different degrees of pathogenic bacteria contamination in the food sold in Beihai City. Catering food, animal aquatic products and meat and meat products may be the high risk foods of foodborne diseases.
