This paper first discusses the stress-strain relationship and mathematical model of loess in various ages and geologic ages. Then it discusses the characteristics and changes of loess deformation parameters. Finally, it analyzes the settlement calculation of loess foundations to illustrate the triaxial compression. The rationality of the incremental calculation method for testing nonlinear elastic parameters.
