From the long-term development of market economy, the commercialization of urban housing is an inevitable trend. However, in the short to medium term (5 to 15 years), due to the serious uneven distribution of urban housing (public housing), urban housing does not have the equal opportunity of commercialization and starts from the unification of conditions. According to the author’s opinion, solve urban housing
