目的观察鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的有效性及安全性。方法系统检索Pub Med、Em Base、Co Chrane、中国生物医学文献(CBM)、万方、中国期刊全文、中文科技期刊全文数据库鼠神经生长因子(NGF)治疗HIE的随机对照试验,从建库至2015年10月。按纳入标准进行筛选和质量评价,用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8项研究(567例)。鼠神经生长因子试验组有效率、神经行为评分、神经心理发育评估和神经症状恢复时间与常规治疗组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗HIE较常规治疗效果更佳。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of murine nerve growth factor in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Randomized controlled trials of Pubmed, Em Base, Co Chrane, CBM, Wanfang, China Journals Full-text Database, and Chinese Journal of Nervous Diseases (NGF) October 2015. Screening and quality evaluation were based on inclusion criteria and Meta analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of eight studies (567 cases) were included. There were significant differences in the efficiency, neurobehavioral score, neuropsychological assessment and recovery time of neurological symptoms between the rats in the NGF group and the conventional treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of HGF with NGF is more effective than conventional treatment.
