“卓越工程师培养计划”创立了一种高校和行业、企业联合培养人才的机制。飞行控制系统作为飞行技术专业的专业基础课程,面临新的机载设备、新的航行系统及新的飞行环境的挑战,而传统的灌输式教学方式不能较好地发挥学生的积极性和主动性。通过教学改革,使飞行控制系统这一课程既能提高教学质量,注重核心能力的培养,又能满足航空企业对飞行技术专业学生的能力要求和专业需求,从而满足卓越工程培养计划的培养目标。
“Excellent engineer training plan ” created a university and industry, enterprises jointly train personnel mechanism. As a professional basic course of flight technology, flight control system faces the challenge of new airborne equipment, new navigation system and new flight environment. However, the traditional instillation teaching method can not give full play to students’ enthusiasm and initiative. Through the teaching reform, this course of flight control system can not only improve the quality of teaching, focus on the training of core competencies, but also meet the ability and professional needs of aviation enterprises for flight technology students so as to meet the training objectives of excellence project training programs.
