利用自制的飞机起落架磁流变减震器动态性能测试数据,对磁流变减震器动力学模型进行了辨识。并在此基础上,对起落架建立了动力学模型,利用此模型,设计了天棚控制器并利用Simulink进行了仿真分析。仿真结果显示,所设计的磁流变减震器在4D级机场跑道上滑跑时,其所控制的起落架相对位移、起落架垂直相对速度及机轮动载荷具有较好的控制效果,为磁流变减震器的实际应用提供了理论基础。
The dynamical model of magneto-rheological damper was identified by using the test data of dynamic performance of self-made aircraft landing gear MR damper. Based on this, a dynamic model of the landing gear was established. Using this model, the roof control was designed and simulated by Simulink. The simulation results show that the designed MR damper can control the relative displacement of landing gear, the vertical relative speed of landing gear and the wheel dynamic load effectively when it runs on 4D runway. Magnetorheological shock absorber provides a practical basis for the theory.
