原子吸收光谱测定法是广泛应用于测定溶液中银的方法,但是,由于大部分照相加工机不带有原子吸收光谱仪,因此需要有别的代用方法。本文简要地叙述了银的各种测定方法及其应用,并着重介绍了不用仪器的新方法。用以测定银回收效率的火焰原子吸收光谱测定法能直接测定毫克/立升浓度的银,或用无焰炉接在原子吸收光谱仪上,可以直接读出微克/立升浓度的银。火焰原子吸收光谱测定法也可用来分析加工后的胶片和纸中的残余银量,先用碘化氰溶液提取所含的银,然后通过原子吸收光谱测定法测定溶液中的银。
Atomic absorption spectrometry is a widely used method for the determination of silver in solution. However, since most photogrammetric machines do not have an atomic absorption spectrometer, alternative methods are required. This article briefly describes a variety of silver determination methods and their applications, and highlights the new method without instruments. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry, which measures the efficiency of silver recovery, allows for the direct determination of silver in milligram per liter of concentration, or the flame atomic absorption spectrometer for direct reading of silver in micrograms / liter. Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry can also be used to analyze residual silver content in processed films and paper. Silver is first extracted with a solution of cyanogen iodide, and silver in solution is then measured by atomic absorption spectrometry.
