分析了现行区域控制误差(ACE)的不足之处。介绍了动态ACE的计算方法和物理意义。目前的动态ACE仅缓解了互联电网外受直流和各区域内机组大功率缺失对电网频率控制造成的影响,因此,提出并分析了考虑跨区送电机组跳闸和联络线越限约束的动态ACE的改进方法及其与控制性能标准(CPS)、扰动控制标准(DCS)的结合运用,为完善互联电网频率控制体系提供了可能的途径。
The deficiencies of the current regional control error (ACE) are analyzed. Introduces the calculation method and physical meaning of dynamic ACE. The current dynamic ACE only alleviates the influence of DC external power grid and high-power unit loss in various regions on the grid frequency control. Therefore, a dynamic ACE that considers the tripping of cross-regional transmission units and the limit of the crossing of transmission lines is proposed and analyzed. The improved method and its combination with Control Performance Standard (CPS) and Disturbance Control Standard (DCS) provide a possible way to improve the frequency control system of interconnected power grid.
