以乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)转染细胞(2.2.15细胞系)作为模型,观察了纯草药方肝毒清对2.2.15细胞分泌HBV表面抗原(HBsAg)和E抗原(HBeAg)的影响,并以抗病毒药物无环鸟苷为对照。结果发现,肝毒清对2.2.15细胞无明显毒性作用的最高浓度和使50%细胞死亡的浓度分别为1OOmg/ml和250mg/ml.药物浓度为5mg/ml时能抑制HBeAg分泌,为10mg/ml、50mg/ml时2.2.15细胞分泌HBsAg和HBeAg均受抑制。无环鸟苷为600mg/m1时,2.2.15细胞分泌HBV抗原受到抑制。提示草药肝毒清在体外有一定的抗病毒作用。
Using Hepatitis B virus (HBV) transfected cells (2.2.15 cell line) as a model, the effect of pure herbal Hexytoxin on the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg from 2.2.15 cells was observed. The antiviral drug acyclovir was used as a control. As a result, it was found that the highest concentration of hepatotoxin which had no apparent toxic effect on 2.2.15 cells and the concentration of 50% cell death were 100 mg/ml and 250 mg/ml, respectively. The drug concentration of 5 mg/ml inhibited the secretion of HBeAg to 10 mg. When 2.2ml/ml and 50ml/ml, 2.2.15 cells secreted HBsAg and HBeAg were both inhibited. When acyclovir was 600 mg/ml, HBV antigen secretion by 2.2.15 cells was inhibited. It is suggested that Hepatic Clearing Herbs has a certain antiviral effect in vitro.
