电沉积合金技术是用电解法从溶液中沉积出合金并同时成型的一种技术。它虽有近百年的历史,但进展不大,大多是在单金属的基础上再镀上一层耐腐蚀的单金属如金、银、钯等。自1958年以来国内虽进行了许多研究,但由于含氰化物镀液的毒性及单金属的性能不足而未能作实际应用。1980年以来我们使用无氰毒液进行合金电镀,它无毒无害,废液便于处理,有利于环境保护。同时解决了单一金属的机械性能不能满足口腔修复体要求的问题,而且设备简单,易于操作、成本低廉、取材方便、制成后的修复体光洁度高不需再次加工,可以成批制取等优点。
Electrodeposited alloy technology is a technique of depositing and simultaneously forming an alloy from a solution by electrolysis.
