目的:应用核素测定行下颌骨发育不对称畸形的诊断。方法:对19例除软组织或颌骨肿瘤、炎症、损伤等因素外下颌骨发育性不对称畸形患者进行99mTcMDP吸收值测定,比较下颌骨双侧髁状突、升支及体部对99mTcMDP的吸收值。结果:18岁以上患者不对称的下颌骨双侧99mTcMDP吸收值无明显差异,18岁以下患者的双侧髁状突及体部都有显著差异。随着年龄的增长,双侧下颌骨总的99mTcMDP吸收趋于平衡,但个别畸形在全身发育稳定后仍有继续发展的可能。结论:核素测定的应用对于下颌骨发育性不对称畸形的诊断有所帮助
Objective: To diagnose the development of mandibular asymmetry deformity by radionuclide. Methods Ninety-nine patients with mandibular developmental asymmetric deformities except soft tissue or tumor of the jaw, inflammation, injury and other factors were measured for 99mTcMDP absorbance. The absorption of 99mTcMDP by bilateral condyle, ascending branch and body was compared value. Results: There was no significant difference in bilateral 99mTcMDP absorbance between mandibles of patients over 18 years of age, bilateral mandibular condyles and body under 18 years of age were significantly different. With age, total 99mTcMDP absorption in the bilateral mandible tends to balance, but individual deformities may still continue to develop after systemic development. CONCLUSIONS: The use of radionuclide measurements may be helpful in the diagnosis of asymmetric mandibular dysplasia
