近几年来,我国的财务管理体系在企业集团的日常公司管理中的地位越来越重要,它为公司管理提供了原则性的准则和导向。财务管理体系的完善有利于为集团公司做好相应的财务工作,满足企业发展的需求,有利于企业结合市场的规模、财务状况、经营规模和战略文化差异等因素为自身的转型升级提供条件。因此,如何将企业的财务管理成果转换为企业的管理效益并怎样逐步完善财务管理体系成为现今企业关心的重要内容。
