菲律宾实蝇Bactrocera(Bactrocera)philippinensis(Drew & Hancock)是重要的检疫性有害生物,严重危害芒果Mangifera indica L.、木瓜Carica papayaL.
Philippine fruit fly Bactrocera (Bactrocera) philippinensis (Drew & Hancock) is an important quarantine pest, severely endangered mango Mangifera indica L., papaya Carica papaya L. and jackfruit Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam. And other fruits. In this paper, the biological characteristics of fruit flies in the Philippines were systematically studied under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the fecundity rate of fruit flies in the Philippines was 93.93% from 6 to 18 hours. Adult activity, life expectancy, mating and oviposition are closely related to temperature and light. Supplementary nutrition can significantly extend adult life expectancy. The optimum temperature for growth, development and reproduction of fruit fly in the Philippines is 25 ~ 30 ℃. The average fecundity at 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ was 627.35 and 652.57 respectively. Developmental starting temperature and generation effective accumulated temperature were 14.31 ℃ and 450. 43 日 · 度. There was a significant negative correlation between temperature and developmental duration (r = -0.9005). This study provides important basic information for quarantine treatment and field control technology of fruit flies in the Philippines.
