游泳这一体育运动项目的普及与推广程度不断加深,各大专院校都开设了游泳课程,但有些教练过于加重训练计划,使得一些同学得不到好的恢复。疲劳恢复作为训练的一部分,人们已经认识到恢复在训练过程中的重要意义,只有疲劳恢复好了才能训练好,训练好了才能提高运动成绩,因此恢复也是训练,是一个不可缺少的重要环节。游泳教学训练的恢复手段比较单一,本文通过查阅大量资料,采用文献资料法,对运动性疲劳的恢复手段进行综述研究,总结出在不同的阶段运用不同的恢复手段,使游泳教学训练的恢复手段更加合理、科学,以期待对教学和训练发挥一定的参考作用。
