支局是邮政企业经营活动最基本的单元。其经营能力和管理水平的高低,对组织能否实现又好又快发展起着关键作用。然而,一些支局长在员工的管理工作中经常会遇到各种各样的问题。在笔者看来,这些问题的产生和企业激励机制的缺失不无关系。企业在实施人本化管理的过程中,要将更多的目光放在员工心理层面和精神层面的满足上,运用更为科学、有效的激励机制来提升员工的积极性。
Branch is the most basic unit of postal business activities. Its management ability and management level plays a key role in whether the organization can achieve sound and rapid development. However, some branch chiefs often encounter a variety of problems in the management of their employees. In my opinion, the emergence of these problems and the lack of business incentives are not unrelated. In the implementation of human-based management of enterprises in the process, we must pay more attention to employee psychological and spiritual level of satisfaction, the use of more scientific and effective incentive mechanism to enhance employee motivation.
