This article aims to confirm the chromosomal abnormalities in the single umbilical artery perinatal mortality and total perinatal mortality in the incidence and the difference between the two. A total of 1078 cases of stillbirth born between January 1981 and June 1990 and neonatal death greater than 20 gestational weeks were analyzed retrospectively.
