从某汽车配件厂退回的编号为08CF5-200的41齿EQ145汽车后桥被动圆锥断齿齿轮使用不到5个月发生早期损坏。从图1(a)200号齿轮看出有3个齿出现凹型折断,中间一个齿呈整齿断裂,两边两个齿分别在小端和大端产生断裂,与螺旋伞齿轮啮合情况吻合。在相隔5个齿后又出现5齿齿顶损伤现象。图1(b)327号齿轮有5个齿折断,断裂形式与200号齿轮一样,只是多断两个整齿,其它轮齿完好无损。另外08CF2-158、07CF9-57的齿轮断裂状态类同。为了找出圆锥齿轮断齿的原因,分别从材料的化学成分、硬度分布、显微组织、受力情况等方面进行了测试与分析。

In order to find out the reason of bevel gear tooth breakage, the chemical composition, hardness distribution, microstructure and force were analyzed and tested respectively.
