房屋,几乎是国人购买的最大宗商品。伴随房地产交易大量增长的,是不断涌现的关于房屋物业的纠纷。其中许多纠纷,是围绕物业管理而起的。物业公司作为服务性的管理公司,在管理小区的过程中,除了要全心全意为小区业主服务外,还应积极支持和配合业主维护正当权益,充分尊重业主的合理要求。同时,当合法权益受到侵犯时,业主必须用合法的方式和手段来维权。
Houses, almost the largest purchase of goods by people. With the substantial growth in real estate transactions, there are constantly emerging disputes over housing properties.
