一年多来,“公差与配合”、“形位公差”两个标准化技术委员会对确定尺寸公差与形位公差关系的独立原则、包容原则和最大实体原则,做了进一步的研究和分析工作。今年5月6日至5月10日,机械工业部标准化研究所邀请两个技术委员会的有关同志对前段工作进行了交流,并就这三个公差原则的概念、应用、标注、检测等问题进行了讨论,提出了统一解释。现将国家标准总局以国标发办字(1982)088号文批转机械工业部标准化研究所“对独立原则、包容原则和最大实体原则的统一解释”刊登如下,希交通系统各有关单位在宣贯形位公差、公差与配合两项国标中,按此统一解释进行宣讲,并按已发的贯彻过渡方案在新老产品中逐步贯彻这三个公差原则。在贯彻中有什么经验和问题,可与机械工业部标准化研究所直接联系。—编者—
