设计了一种微型直流电机驱动的基于齿轮-滚珠丝杠与活塞结构的浮力调节装置。分析了装置的结构及其工作原理,给出了装置中主要力学参数的计算公式。该装置利用微型直流电机产生动力,经过齿轮-滚珠丝杠传动系统带动滚珠螺母线性运动。由于滚珠螺母与活塞通过活塞盖进行连接,进而实现活塞向油囊中吸注液压油。该装置具有结构紧凑,易于控制,运动精确,调节精度高等特点。可在一定范围内与海洋传感器组合,实现海洋数据剖面实时采集。
A micro-DC motor-driven buoyancy control device based on gear-ball screw and piston structure was designed. The structure of the device and its working principle are analyzed. The formulas of the main mechanical parameters in the device are given. The device uses a micro-DC motor to generate power, through the gear - ball screw drive system to drive the ball nut linear motion. As the ball nut and the piston through the piston cover to connect, and then achieve the piston to the oil in the suction hydraulic oil. The device has the advantages of compact structure, easy control, precise movement and high regulation precision. It can be combined with marine sensors within a certain range to achieve real-time acquisition of marine data profiles.
