本文研究了微辣型辣椒中椒6号及其双亲幼苗的α─淀粉酶同工酶,发现母本具有一条快带,父本具有一条慢带,其杂种同时具有双亲的两条酶带,此模式可用来鉴别真假杂种。对田间纯度鉴定和同工酶纯度鉴定结果进行相关分析,其相关系数达极显著水平,表明两种不同的纯度分析方法所获结果基本一致。幼苗α─淀粉酶同工酶分析,方法简捷、可靠,完全可以用于中椒6号种子纯度的快速鉴定。
In this paper, we studied the α-amylase isozymes of the spicy pepper Zhongjiao 6 and its parents, and found that the female parent had a fast band, the male parent had a slow band, and the hybrids had two bands of parents, This mode can be used to identify true and false hybrids. Correlation analysis of field purity identification and isozyme purity identification results showed that the correlation coefficients reached extremely significant levels, indicating that the results obtained by the two different purity analysis methods were basically the same. Seedlings α-amylase isozyme analysis, the method is simple and reliable, can be used for the rapid identification of Zhongjiao 6 seed purity.
