实验研究了Nd…GdVO_4和Nd…YVO_4晶体发射截面谱的温度特性,并根据发射截面谱与激光波长的对应关系,进一步研究了温度对Nd…GdVO_4和Nd…YVO_4双频微片激光器输出光谱的影响。实验结果表明,在所研究的温度范围内,随着温度的升高,Nd…GdVO_4和Nd…YVO_4晶体发射截面谱的中心波长发生红移、峰值下降,且均与温度呈准线性关系;对应的双频微片激光器波长也随温度升高呈现线性红移,但双频频差保持不变;在晶体发射截面谱和激光波长的共同红移作用下,双频激光分量的功率均衡度发生变化。
The temperature characteristics of the emission spectra of Nd ... GdVO_4 and Nd ... YVO_4 crystals were experimentally studied and the dependence of the temperature on the output spectra of Nd ... GdVO_4 and Nd ... YVO_4 dual-frequency microchip lasers was further studied based on the correspondence between the emission cross-section spectrum and the laser wavelength influences. The experimental results show that the central wavelength of the emission spectrum of Nd GdVO 4 and Nd YVO 4 crystals is red-shifted and peak-descended with the increase of the temperature in the studied temperature range, and both of them have a quasi-linear relationship with the temperature. Correspondingly, Of the dual-frequency microchip laser wavelength linear redshift with increasing temperature, but the two-frequency difference remains unchanged; the power balance of the dual-frequency laser component changes under the common redshift of the crystal emission cross-section spectrum and the laser wavelength .
