建立校本教研制度是促进历史教师专业发展的必然要求,是提升普通高中历史教师实施新课程能力和水平的重要保障。立足普通高中历史新课程教学实践,探索有效自我反思、同伴互助、专业引领和行动跟进的方式、方法,有助于解决历史教学实践中的问题,改进教学行为,提高教学质量。
The establishment of the school-based teaching and research system is an inevitable requirement to promote the professional development of history teachers and is an important guarantee to enhance the ability and level of the teachers of ordinary high schools in implementing the new curriculum. Based on the practice of teaching new courses in ordinary senior high schools, we should explore ways and means of effective self-reflection, peer assistance, professional guidance and follow-up action, which will help to solve problems in historical teaching practice, improve teaching behaviors and improve teaching quality.
