实验采用交联聚维酮固化厚朴酚磷脂复合物,考察固化对厚朴酚磷脂复合物流动性、溶出度和口服生物利用度的影响。DSC,IR,SEM等物相表征结果表明,厚朴酚以无定形态存在于固化物中;流动性试验结果表明,固化粉末流动性优于其磷脂复合物;溶出度实验结果表明固化粉末能够显著促进厚朴酚的溶出;口服生物利用度实验中,固化粉末较厚朴酚磷脂复合物有更高的生物利用度。交联聚维酮固化厚朴酚磷脂复合物的制备方法较为简单,不仅能提高磷脂复合物流动性和溶出度,还增加了厚朴酚的口服生物利用度。
In the experiment, the effect of solidification on the fluidity, dissolution and oral bioavailability of honokiol phospholipid complex was investigated by using the cross-linked povidone to cure the magnolol phospholipid complex. The results of phase characterization by DSC, IR and SEM showed that honokiol was present in the cured product in amorphous state. The flowability test showed that the fluidity of the cured powder was better than that of the phospholipid complex. The preparation method of the cross-linked povidone solidified magnolol phospholipid complex is relatively simple, not only can improve the fluidity and dissolution of the phospholipid complex, but also increase the oral bioavailability of honokiol.
