采用药芯焊丝技术在钢表面形成金属基陶瓷耐磨堆焊层。通过药芯焊丝配方的设计,结合TIG焊接方法,对堆焊层的耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明,堆焊层中WC颗粒与基体形成良好的阴影保护效应,WC颗粒对基体进行保护,同时基体对WC颗粒进行有效的支撑。在相同的磨料磨损条件下,大颗粒WC堆焊层具有较好的耐磨性。同时,采用大颗粒WC的药芯焊丝焊接工艺性优异。
The use of flux cored wire technology in the formation of metal-based ceramic wear-resistant surfacing layer. Through the design of the flux cored wire formula and the TIG welding method, the wear resistance of the overlay was studied. The results show that the WC particles in the overlay layer form a good shadow protection effect with the matrix, WC particles protect the matrix, and the matrix supports the WC particles effectively. In the same abrasive wear conditions, large grain WC surfacing layer has good wear resistance. At the same time, using large particles of WC flux cored wire welding process is excellent.
