主要介绍了热连轧精轧机组轧制力比率负荷分配方法,阐述了初始厚度分配以及负荷分配的原理。采用模型经验值并在轧制过程中进行适当修正,得到较为合理的目标负荷分配比率。由机架出口厚度初值的计算结合Newton-RaPhson法进行反复迭代,最终可得到最佳的厚度分配值。实践证明轧制力比率负荷分配方法能够保证精轧机组运行顺稳,满足在线控制的要求。
This paper mainly introduces the load distribution method of the rolling force ratio in the hot strip mill, expounds the principle of the initial thickness distribution and the load distribution. Using model empirical values and making appropriate corrections during the rolling process, a more reasonable target load distribution ratio is obtained. The initial value of the thickness of the exit of the rack is calculated by iteratively combining the Newton-RaPhson method to obtain the optimal thickness distribution value finally. Practice has proved that the ratio of the rolling force load distribution method to ensure the smooth running of finishing unit, to meet the requirements of online control.
