我厂生产的某桥3×64米铁路箱形钢梁桥的断面如图1(竖肋未示),每段长10~12米,段与段之间用拼接板连接,每段又分上下两层,上下层腹板用水平连接板连接,隔板用拼接板连接,这些连接均采用23毫米的孔径、M22毫米高强度螺栓。为对制造工艺和装备进行核查,取得一些必要的数据和经验,以便给正式生产创造条件,故选定该桥的 G2段为试验段。该段已于1978年9月制成。通过试验段的制造,对“加大孔径无胎制造箱形梁”的问题谈谈个人的看法。箱形梁的断面连接宜采用φ24.5毫米工地螺栓孔、M22毫米高强度螺栓,这样在工厂
