本文研究了适合于水下声成像用的多层结构PVDF-DMOS压电接收挟能器之方向特性。给出了两类典型的多层结构声传输模型,获得了它们的方向特性计算公式。并对PVDF换能器的声交叉耦合现象作了分析。通过实例证明了理论与实际的一致性。本文可供设计其它PVDF传感器件时参考。
In this paper, the directional characteristics of multi-layer PVDF-DMOS piezoelectric receiver for underwater acoustic imaging are studied. Two typical models of acoustic transmission in multi-story structures are given, and their formulas for calculating the directional characteristics are obtained. The phenomenon of acoustic cross-coupling of PVDF transducer was analyzed. Through examples, it proves the consistency of theory and practice. This article is for reference when designing other PVDF sensor devices.
