目的 :观察软脉胶囊 (RM)对犬急性缺血再灌注模型中心肌代谢和心肌缺血面积的影响。方法 :采用结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支 (LAD)造模 ,股动脉取血测定血浆 6 -Keto -PGF1α、TXB2 含量变化。结果RM高 1 2 6g (kg/d)、低剂量组 0 4 2g (kg/d)和阳性药物步长脑心通组 0 2 52g (kg/d) ,6 -Keto -PGF1α,均较模型组明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,且具有明显缩小心肌梗塞范围的作用。结论 :软脉胶囊对犬急性心肌缺血再灌注具有良好的预防作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Ruanmai Capsule (RM) on myocardial metabolism and myocardial ischemic area in canine acute ischemia-reperfusion model. METHODS: The left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) was cannulated and the femoral artery was used to measure plasma 6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2 levels. Results The RM was 1200g (kg/d) in high dose group, 0 4 2g (kg/d) in low dose group and 52g(kg/d) in positive drug step-naoxin group. 6-Keto-PGF1α were all compared with the model. The group was significantly lower (P < 0 01) and had a significant effect in reducing the extent of myocardial infarction. Conclusion : Ruanmai capsule has a good preventive effect on acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in dogs
