在中长跑运动训练中,为了使运动员获得更好的成绩,就必须运用大强度、大运动量、长时间的运动训练方法,而长时间从事激烈的大运动量训练导致身体产生运动性疲劳。机体产生的疲劳如果不能很快消除,就不能连续完成训练任务,使训练水平下降,影响运动成绩。因此,疲劳的消除和体力的恢复与运动训练有着同等重要的意义。为了尽快消除疲劳、恢复体力可采用以下措施。
