冷原子吸收法测定痕量汞在环境监测中已经应用得十分广泛。本文用以直接测定水中总汞、无机汞和有机汞,检测限为0.1ppb。对于含汞量为2ppb的水样分析结果(n=6),相对标准偏差为2.6%。用标准水样对照分析,结果相符。一、水中无机汞量的测定取40mL样于50mL比色管中,加4mL40%的酒石酸溶液,稀至刻度。混匀后加入一片硼氢化钾,立即加盖反应器瓶塞进行测定,并由工作曲线法查值计算结果。工作曲线的绘制:移取含0-0.1μg汞标准于50mL比色管中,加25mL水,加2滴甲基橙指示剂,用稀NaOH溶液中和至溶液变为黄色,加4mL40%酒石酸,用水稀至刻度,混匀后如同上法进行测定,并绘制工作曲线。
