过去十年的研究使我们对血脑屏障(BloodBrain Barrier,简称BBB)及机能重要性的认识大大提高了。虽然人们早已认识到血脑屏障受损是脑放射核素成像异常的基础,而由不同病变过程所产生的增强计算体层(CT)影像也反映了BBB 的改变。为使脑的影像检查方法得到最佳应用,临床医师应该了解正常血脑屏障及能使其变化的病理状况。本文复习作者目前对血脑屏障结构、性质的认识及由主要疾病引起变化的机理。
The research of the past decade has greatly enhanced our understanding of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and its functional importance. Although it has long been recognized that impaired BBB is the basis of abnormal brain radionuclide imaging, augmented computed tomography (CT) images produced by different pathological changes also reflect changes in BBB. To best utilize the brain imaging method, clinicians should understand the normal blood-brain barrier and the pathological conditions that can change it. This article reviews the author’s current understanding of the structure and properties of the blood-brain barrier and the mechanism of changes caused by major diseases.
