目的采用HPLC同时测定北五味子果实、藤茎超临界萃取物中五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子醇甲的含量。方法采用ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm。结果五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子醇甲的线性范围分别为0.10~2.00μg(r=0.999 4)、0.10~2.00μg(r=0.999 7)、0.12~2.40μg(r=0.999 2),平均加样回收率分别为99.11%、101.18%、101.23%(RSD分别为1.57%、2.68%、2.80%)(n=10)。结论本方法简便准确、重现性好,能有效测定北五味子果实、藤茎超临界萃取物中五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子醇甲的含量。
Objective To determine the content of schisandrin A, Schisandrin B and Schisandrin A in the fruit and cane supercritical extracts of Schisandra sphenanthera by simultaneous determination by HPLC. Methods The mobile phase consisted of ODS-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-water (75:25) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear ranges of Schisandrin, Schisandrin B and Schizandrol A were 0.10 ~ 2.00μg (r = 0.999 4), 0.10 ~ 2.00μg (r = 0.999 7), 0.12 ~ 2.40μg The average recoveries were 99.11%, 101.18% and 101.23%, respectively (RSD 1.57%, 2.68%, 2.80%, respectively) (n = 10). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can effectively determine the content of Schisandrin A, Schisandrin B, Schisandra chinensis in the fruit and cane supercritical extracts of Schisandra chinesis.
